The building was a pour in place 38’ tilt up 44,844 sq ft building with all concrete walls and built on site.

This distribution center is a large distribution hub.  There are 2- 800 amp switchboards installed with several 250-400amp panels throughout the facility.  Top of the line LED lighting for aisles and storage areas, as well as door programming and automation.  A 400kW generator was installed at the back of the building for emergency power.
